Floods, landslides ruin physical properties of Rs 1 billion in Nason, Manang

The floods and landslides triggered by the incessant rainfall since June 28 damaged the physical properties worth amounting to Rs 1 billion and 18.3 million in the rural municipality. According to the rural municipality’s information officer Govinda Ranabhat, road sector witnessed the biggest volume of damage of Rs 836.5 million.

Incessant rains cause traffic disruptions at several parts in Makawanpur   

The Hetauda-Bhaise road section of the Tribhuvan Highway has been disrupted due to the incessant rain since last night.     District Police Office, Makawanpur said flood at Bagjhora of Bhimphedi rural municipality-1 has disrupted the traffic along the Hetauda-Bhaise route.

One killed in landside in Lalitpur
