Bandipur will get housing project

Bandipur, a tourist destination of Tanahun district, will get a housing project, Bandipur Hills Residence. Started by Nepali House Pvt. Ltd, under the project, houses will be in a way featuring Nepali originality, said the project's operator, Aashutosh Pradhan.

New elephant calf born in CNP  

An elephant has given birth to a calf at Lamichaur of Amaltari sector in the Chitwan National Park (CNP).     Conservation officials confirmed that elephant named Chitwankali gave birth to a male calf. With this, four calves were born in the past one month in the CNP.

A leopard found injured in Maijogmai-6 Pyang of the district has been rescued. The locals had informed the police after seeing a leopard in a gorge.

Bharatpur metropolis provides budget to purchase school buses 

The Bharatpur Metropolitan City has provided budget to seven schools to purchase school buses.     The metropolis provided budget for this purpose to five schools last year while agreement has been signed with two schools for the same in the current fiscal year.

Rafting possible on the Sanibheri river
