Eight COVID-19 patients discharged from Koshi Hospital after recovery

Eight COVID-19 patients who were receiving treatment at Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar have been discharged after recovery. Three residents of Bhulke area of Udayapur and five Indian nationals of Bhulke Masjid were discharged today after recovering from Coronavirus.

78 people of Barhabise, Tokha who had come in contact with first COVID-19 deceased test negative

As many as 54 people, who had come in contact with Nepal's first COVID-19 deceased; a 29-year old postpartum woman, have tested negative for the virus in PCR test. By tracing those who had come in direct contact with the deceased, swab samples of 197 people were collected on Sunday and Monday.

Jhapa's 9 COVID-19 patients had come home from Mumbai, sneaking through corn field across border

After COVID-19 infection was detected in a person on Monday, contact tracing was performed where, nine more persons who had come in contact with the patient tested positive for the virus, informed the Ministry of Social Development. With this, the COVID-19 tally in Jhapa itself has reached 12 including a case of recovery.
