By Deepak Gyawali, Butwal, May 20: The Crimson Hospital, Manigram, has clarified that the rumour regarding death of a COVID-19 patient currently undergoing treatment at the hospital is fabricated and utterly baseless.
A 41-year old COVID-19 patient from Gulmi has been underoing treatment in the hospital.
Issuing a press release today, the hospital said that the patient was receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The hospital, however, said that the health condition of the patient was critical.
The Crimson Hospital issued the press statement in response to news item carried by various online news portals that the COVID-19 patient under treatment in the hospital had succumbed to the disease.
