Tribhuvan highway opens for traffic 

The Tribhuvan highway that remained obstructed due to landslide has opened for traffic since Friday evening. The road opened for traffic after the debris of the landslide was cleared by the Department of Roads, according to Police Inspector Bikas Raj Tamang.   

50 health workers of Nepalgunj Teaching Hospital placed in quarantine, isolation, services affected

The health workers were sent into isolation and quarantine after some of them were found infected with the virus while some of them were in close contact with the patients who came for health services in the hospital and later tested positive for COVID-19.

In the last three days, 1,647 cases were detected across the country, of which 399 cases were from the Kathmandu Valley, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
