Tistung, Aug 15 : The Tribhuvan highway that remained obstructed due to landslide has opened for traffic since Friday evening. The road opened for traffic after the debris of the landslide was cleared by the Department of Roads, according to Police Inspector Bikas Raj Tamang.
As a result, vehicles along with passengers stranded on the road have left for their respective destination.
One person had died while four vehicles along with an excavator were buried in the landslide at Dhungakhani in Thaha municipality-12, Makwanpur district.
