Four local levels in Parbat go into lockdown

Lockdown has been imposed in Kushma municipality and in Jaljala, Modi and Mahashila rural municipalities. The lockdown is in effect in Kushma since October 31 while Modi rural municipality is under the lockdown since Monday.

Two succumb to COVID-19 in Saptari

The deceased was a teacher in Morang district. He was admitted to Biratnagar-based Birat Teaching Hospital after he suffered from fever and headache and when he tested positive for COVID-19 there, he was taken to Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar where he breathed his last while under treatment.

Jeep accident in Dhading: five injured, two seriously injured airlifted to Kathmandu

Two of the injured have been airlifted to Kathmandu for treatment as they sustained serious injuries, according to Dhading district police office. Other injured are undergoing treatment at the district hospital.

Kathmandu Valley reports 1,630 new cases of COVID-19

In 13, 446 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the last 24 hours, as many as 1,630 cases of novel coronavirus infections, including 702 females and 928 males, were confirmed in the Kathmandu Valley itself.
