NTA cancels process for launching satellite
The NTA’s move follows the formulation of a new satellite policy at home. The NTA said the formulation of the policy prompted to cancel the Expression of Interest for launching satellite. NTA spokesperson Meen Prasad Aryal said a new process would begin in line with the new policy.

The updated height of Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world is 8,848.86 meters. The new height was disclosed jointly by Nepal and China amid a special ceremony on Tuesday. The height was measured by Nepal for the first time by using its manpower and resources.
