Continuous landslides block Narayangadh-Muglin road

The Narayangadh-Muglin road continues to be obstructed due to landslides triggered by heavy rainfall in different locations on the road. The road remains almost closed for traffic for the past three days. 

64 CCTV cameras installed along Araniko Highway

Additional Inspector General of Police Hari Bahadur Pal, who is chief of the Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari, inaugurated the installation amid a function on Friday. The inauguration was held in the premises of the Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur.

Floods, landslides ruin physical properties of Rs 1 billion in Nason, Manang

The floods and landslides triggered by the incessant rainfall since June 28 damaged the physical properties worth amounting to Rs 1 billion and 18.3 million in the rural municipality. According to the rural municipality’s information officer Govinda Ranabhat, road sector witnessed the biggest volume of damage of Rs 836.5 million.
