Prohibitory order lifted in Humla  

The prohibitory order imposed to contain the spread of COVID-19 since May 5 in the district of Humla has been lifted from Thursday midnight, the administration said.

Two dead, three others missing in Chitwan landslide

According to District Police Office, four persons inside two houses were washed away when a landslide occurred at Rapti Municipality-12. Deputy Superintendent of Police Surya Bahadur Thapa shared that a dead body was recovered some 50 meters away from the house. Identity of the deceased is not ascertained as yet. A search for the missing people is ongoing, the police added.

Flooding blocks East-West Highway at Gaidakot
