Chitwan, July 3: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section, which was blocked by landslides following incessant rains, has resumed partially.
According to the District Police Office, the route was hit by landslips at multiple locations and it was readied for the one-way operation from 9:00 am today with the clearance of landslide depositions.
As the Office said, the process of sending the vehicles turn by turn had begun. Charkilo, Panchkilo Jalbire and Seti Dobhan continued to see landslips since Thursday.
The disaster has made the full-fledged operation of the route impossible since Thursday. It had come into operation for four hours on Friday and just two hours the following day. The Office said it would take time to fully restore the road. Passengers have been largely affected due to frequent incidences of the landslide.
