Insurance of Rs one million to health workers

Jugal Rural Municipality of Sindhupalchok has decided to arrange health insurance to the health workers who are working in the forefront of the national campaign for the prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic. The health insurance of Rs 1 million is managed in view of the crisis.

  One suffers from dengue in Gorkha   

A 14-year-old boy is infected with dengue at Bhimsen Thapa Rural Municipality-1 in the district.     According to Narayan Babu Aryal, focal person for infectious diseases in the district, the child admitted to the district hospital was tested positive for dengue.    

Rapti Academy of Health Sciences resumes services  

The entire health care services of Rapti Academy of Health Sciences based in Dang have resumed today.     The Academy that had closed its services from Wednesday after the directives of the Ministry of Health and Population has restarted its health care services after protests from different walks of life.   

Over 1,200 migrants return from India in a single day in Karnali

Suspected people's swab to be collected from quarantine

Swab would be collected from the people suspected of coronavirus infection at quarantine. Similarly, concerned hospital itself would collect swab of the suspected patients of COVID-19 at the hospital and send to laboratory for test.   

Number of coronavirus infected reaches 27 in Jhapa   

The number of people contracting coronavirus in Jhapa district has reached 27. As per updates released by the Ministry of Health and Population this morning, 15 new cases were found among the people from Ward No 3, 6 and 7 of Kachankawal rural municipality.
