1.25 MW solar energy added to national grid  

The national transmission system has received 1.25 megawatt more solar energy from Wednesday. The power generated by Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in Nuwakot was linked to the national grid, the NEA officials said.

Youth returned home from quarantine dies this morning

According to Municipality Mayor Upendra Bahadur Thapa, the youth was sent home after his lab test for COVID-19 was found negative on Wednesday.    

Nisarga cyclone's impact: Rainfall forecast throughout country   

The weather will remain cloudy with chances of rainfall throughout the country in the next three days due to the indirect impact of the Nisarga cyclone that has developed in the south-eastern part of the Arabian Sea since Wednesday, the Meteorological Forecasting Division said.
