As per the preparation, halted examinations of various programmes are scheduled to take place online on September 28, said Vice Chancellor of the university Prof Dr Ambar Raj Joshi.

     Gandaki registers 76 more COVID-19 cases today   

Seventy six coronavirus infection new cases have been found in Gandaki State this morning. With this, the COVID-19 infection tally in the State has reached 2,598, the Gandaki Province Health Directorate's director, Dr Binoj Bindu Sharma said.

     Sugar mill in Sarlahi yet to clear its dues worth Rs 240 million to farmers 

The sugarcane farmers in Sarlahi district are yet to get their due payment amounting to around Rs 240 million.     The Annapurna Sugar Mill at Dhankaul in the district owes them this hefty amount, according to the farmers. The sugarcane farmers had taken to street in Kathmandu last December, demanding clearance of their payment dues from the sugar mills.

Palpa hospital sealed off after a patient tests positive for COVID-19  

The Palpa Hospital has been sealed off after a patient undergoing treatment here was diagnosed with coronavirus infection.     Palpa Hospital chair Netra Pandey said all the services excluding emergency have been closed down since Sunday evening following confirmation
