Kaski, Sept 7 : Chief Minister of the Gandaki State, Prithvi Subba Gurung has said the civil service was the country’s backbone as it was the driving force of every administrative sector.
In a message of best wishes delivered on the occasion of 17th Civil Service Day-2020 today, Chief Minister Gurung has congratulated the entire civil service employees and also extended best wishes for their good health, prosperity, progress and professional integrity.
As the civil service has been playing pivotal role in the successful implementation of state’s policy, plan and law, its performance is also expected a meaningful driving force to execute federalism and also to realize the national aspiration of ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali’, reads the message.
He also stressed the need of political leadership with strong will and transparent, accountable, result-oriented and tech-savvy competent administration towards attaining the goals of good governance and development to live up to the expectation of the people.
