Statute installation in Ayodhyadham

Work to install the life-size statues of Ram, Sita, Laxman and Hanuman in Ayodhyadham of Madi municipality-9 has been expedited. 15 India-returnees test positive   

Fifteen Nepalis who returned home via the Jamunaha transit from India have tested positive to Corona virus. The confirmation was made through an antigen test carried out of those who returned on Friday.   

Second dose of COVID vaccine from Tuesday  

The second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is to be administered from coming April 20. The people who fell in the first priority and got their first doze of the vaccine will get the second and final dose starting April 20 to 24, according to the Health Office, Chitwan.    

Parliamentary committee directs to continue with teaching/learning thru alternative methods

Committee President Taradevi Bhatta also directed the concerned authority to monitor those negligent schools which had Covid-19 infected students and yet were reluctant to take necessary preventative measures against the flu-like infection. An action against such erring schools has been demanded as well.
