No animal sacrifice at Taleju temples this Dashain

Committee formed to hold talks with Dr KC

Dr KC who began his strike from Jumla is currently fasting from the TU Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj , Kathmandu. As per the direction of the government, a team led by Secretary Mainali had also met Dr KC and urged him to call off the strike. However, Dr KC demanded that a talks committee is formed.

ICU and Ventilators available in Bhaktapur

Among the arrangement made at different hospitals for COVID-19 treatment in Bhaktapur, there are currently 15 ICU beds empty and 12 ventilators. A total of 20 ICU beds and 15 ventilators were managed in the district hospitals.

In 14,209 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the last 24 hours, as many as 1,684 persons, 691 females and 993 males, were found with the novel coronavirus infection in the Valley itself, revealed the daily report released by the MoHP today.
