Kathmandu, Dec. 15: Leader of the main opposition party, NC president Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed his disagreement over the Ordinance issued by the government relating to the Constitutional Council.
Making his observations public in the social media over the Ordinance issued by the President earlier today, Mr Deuba, who is also member of the Council, said it was undemocratic act of the government to introduce the Ordinance by evading the parliament session.
