Gandaki, Jan 8: One hundred fifteen species of birds have been found at Bhaisegauda of Putalibazaar municipality in Syangja district under Millennium Trek.
Such species of birds were found in course of recent study and research at the trek route linking Dulegauda of Tanahu to Rambachha of Syangja. A total of 13 people comprising representatives from different districts had carried out study and research of birds and butterflies in the 19-day Wildlife Research Method training organised to study birds.
An organisation 'Prakriti ka Sathiharu' had organised the training. Director of the organisation, Raju Acharya' said that the participants during the training had learned about the identification of birds, butterflies and mammals of the jungle and research method.
Experts had imparted knowledge to participants about birds, butterflies, and mammals in the training, he added.
The organisation has been organising such training for the past nine years.
