PM opens Army's Command Coordination meeting

Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Sher Bahadur Deuba Thursday inaugurated the Command Coordination Meeting 2078 organised for the first time after the Nepali Army entered the Command structure. This type of meeting used to be called Principle Staff Officers (PSOs) meeting before the army shifted to a three-plus-one command structure from the current fiscal year.

Park designed specially for senior citizens opens

A park, exclusively designed for senior citizens, was inaugurated at Chamati Land Integrated Project KMC-8 on Wednesday morning. KMC Mayor Bidhya Sundar Shakya formally opened the park amid a function today. The park is constructed in one ropani and 14 anas of land. It also has a two-storey building, which is based on the concept of togetherness where the senior citizens can freely mingle with other people of their age and take rest.

NRA hands over remaining reconstruction projects
