Border dispute to be resolved through dialogue -Minister Gyawali  

Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali said border dispute with India in Kalapani would be resolved through dialogue.     At a meet with Nepal Communist Party cadres in Tansen, Palpa, he said the government was competent to resolve bilateral border dispute through the means of dialogue.
