Cancer causes 9% deaths in Nepal

Of the total deaths in a year, 9 per cent are due to cancer in Nepal. On average, cancer kills 45 people every day in Nepal, according to Nepal Cancer Relief Society (NCRS). Also, over 26,000 new patients of cancer are added in the country every year.

EC seeks Rs 7.79 bln for polls
