COVID recovery rate reaches 94.3%

The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on Saturday confirmed 1,527 new cases of COVID-19, detected through PCR test, bringing the nationwide COVID-19 tally to 643,580. Further, another 801 cases were detected from antigen tests in the past 24 hours. With this, the total confirmed cases from past 24 hours are 2,328.

Floods and landslides continue to claim lives across country

Landslides and floods continue to wreak havoc all across Nepal. Areas across the plains have been inundated by swollen rivers while hilly settlements face an increasing risk of landslides. Finance Ministry okays Rs. 7.72 bn for HoR polls
