15 found infected with COVID-19 in PCR tests of 72 in Kailali

Dilip Shrestha, information officer of the hospital, said that 15 people were found infected in the PCR tests of 72 people carried out on Monday. Of the infected, three are women and 12 men. Of the infected, 3 are from Joshipur, 2 from Tikapur, 2 from Godawari, 4 from Dhanagadhi, 2 from Bhimdatta, 1 from Krishpur and 1 from Janaki.

COVID-19: Sudurpaschim at high risk

Fire destroys six houses in Kalikot

Six houses were reduced to ashes Saturday when the fire broke out at Pachaljharana Rural Municipality-8 in Kalikot. The families of Durga Sarki, Birman Sarki, Bhaire Sarki, Ati Sarki, Dhanraj Sarki and Amrite Sarki have been homeless as the fire destroyed their houses, said rural municipality Chairperson Khadga Raj Sejuwal.
