PM vows vaccines for all

In his address to the nation today, the Prime Minister said vaccines would be managed to those waiting for the booster dose and for others as well. Stating that entire plans of the developing countries had been affected in the absence of proportional distribution of vaccines, he insisted on global collaboration to address the issue.

Dr Krishna Prasad Poudel, Director at the Epidemiology and Communicable Disease Control Division, has been assigned with the responsibility of the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population.

Khwopa Hospital collects Rs 13.5 million for oxygen plant setup  

Different cooperatives, organisations, business firms and donors have been extending financial and other assistance to Khwopa Hospital COVID-19 Unit to establish one oxygen plant and ensure other health supplies. The hospital run by Bhaktapur Municipality received financial assistance of Rs 7.1 million on Thursday alone.    

Fresh prohibitory order begins today in Kathmandu Valley
