Number of scrub typhus patients rising in Darchula

CCTV cameras installed on the East-West Highway

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law of the Sudur Paschim province has installed CCTV cameras on the East-West Highway. The CCTV cameras have been installed from Chisapani to Gaddachauki and from Attaria to the Trinagar border point.

Reconstruction of 88 school buildings completed

The buildings of 88 schools damaged by the earthquake in Myagdi have been rebuilt. The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has reconstructed the school buildings that were destroyed and dilapidated by the 2015 earthquake.  

Laptops provided to all teachers at a school 

Laptops have been handed over to all the teachers of the Satkanya Secondary School in Ratmata of Melamchi Municipality-9.    

Vaccination centres added

The Ministry of Health and Population has added the number of COVID-19 vaccination centres. The number of vaccination centres was added considering the increasing flow of people coming to vaccinate themselves, said MoHP joint spokesperson Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari.
