Jayprithvi Highway obstructed   

Transportation along the Jayprithvi Highway has been disrupted with the obstruction caused by the landslide. The torrential rainfall occurred on Sunday evening flooded Narugauda stream and caused landslide.    

Construction of cold store intensified 

Construction of a cold store has been intensified at Sangam Tole of Shuklagandaki Municipality-8 in Tanahu. The construction had begun last April with the conditional grant by federal government and municipality budget.

Four arrested for force-feeding human excreta to woman   

Four people have been arrested by the Mahottari Police for force-feeding women human excreta on the accusation of practising witchcraft. A group of four including two women forced a woman of Suga village of Jaleshwor municipality-4 to eat human faeces last Wednesday.

Sindhupalchowk reports two aftershocks of Gorkha quake 

Two aftershocks of the Gorkha earthquake were recorded in Sindhupalchowk today. The first quake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale was felt at 1:46 pm followed by the next on the same scale at 1.56 pm.

Migrant worker dies in Malaysia   

A Nepali migrant worker has died in Malaysia on Sunday night. Dhananjaya Joshi, 42, of Dilashaini rural municipality in Baitadi district, who was suffering from blood cancer, died at a hospital in Malaysia, said the deceased's relative Hari Joshi.

30 hurt in bus accident, 10 reported to be critical
