Preparation for 13th SAG Completes

Minister for Youth and Sports Jagat Bahdaur Bishwakarma has said that all necessary preparations relating to the organization and management for upcoming 13th South Asian Games (SAG) have been completed. 

President urges for alertness to minimise road misfortunes

"I feel that all sides concerned need to be aware to prevent vehicular accidents in view of the geographical situation of our country," the President tweeted.    

Medical Centre set up in Pokhara Stadium for 13th SAG

Medical centre with adequate medical officials and medicines and equipment has been set up inside Pokhara Stadium in Kaski district in view of the upcoming 13th South Asian Games (SAG).

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said his health is rapidly improving.     In his Tweet handle today, PM Oli has extended hearty thanks to all sisters and brothers who expressed concern over his health condition and wished him well.  

Gautam Buddha International Airport: 84 percent works completed

 The Gautam Buddha International Airport construction at Bhairahawa, a project of national pride, has reported 84 percent work progress.     Preparations have been made to operate the airport within March 2020 and the construction works have been intensified accordingly.

30 percent of reconstruction of Dharahara completes   

Approximately 30 percent of the reconstruction of the Dharahara Tower has completed around one year of reconstruction. After more than three years of the destruction of the tower by the devastating earthquake of 2015, its reconstruction begun following the laying of the foundation stone by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on December 27, 2018.
