By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 7: The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) has called its central committee meeting for February 11 and 12.
According to the secretary of the central office of the CPN (Maoist Center) Shriram Dhakal, the meeting has been called for finalizing the political and organizational issues.
Earlier, the CPN (Maoist Center) had called the central committee meeting for January 9, which was canceled as the party chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The recently held general convention of the CPN (Maoist Center) has given the central committee a mandate to elect the party central office-bearers.
The central committee is the first one after the party's general convention that commenced on December 26, 2021, and concluded on January 2, 2022.
