By Santosh Raut, Solukhumbu, Nov. 11: Qatari prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Thani has scaled 6,812 meter high Mount. Ama Dablam situated in Solukhumbu.
Ishwori Paudel, managing director of Himalayan Guides, Nepal, who is also manager of the expedition team, informed that a 14-member team of American, Canadian and Nepali along with the Qatari prince reached the summit of Mount Ama Dablam this morning at 11:20.
The team of Qatari prince had headed for base camp of the Ama Dablam mountain, known as a beautiful but difficult to scale mountain, from Kathmandu through Lukla some two weeks ago.
