By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept 17: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed best wishes to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the latter's birthday.
Prime Minister Oli made the wishes through his official twitter handle addressing Indian PM Modi and saying "I wish you good health and happiness.
"We will continue working closely together to further strengthen relations between our two countries," PM Oli said in the congratulatory message.
