By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 20: Vice Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Bamdev Gautam, has termed the dissolution of the House of Representatives as unconstitutional, wrong and condemnable.
Issuing a press note in his Facebook account, the NCP leader stated that the move the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also one of the NCP Chairmen, to have the parliament dissolved would promote political instability in the country and bring down all norms and values of federal republic democracy.
