By Deepak Gyawali, Butwal, Nov. 19: A person from Gulmi who was infected with SARS-CoV-2 succumbed to the infection while undergoing treatment at the Corona Special Hospital here in Butwal.
The hospital said that the deceased is a 62-year male from Satyawati-6 of Gulmi district.
Dr. Bishnu Gautam, information officer of the hospital, said that the person was suffering from pneumonia and had tested positive for COVID-19 on November 8.
The person died from infection last night.
