Fall armyworm outbreak in Bhojpur 

Farmers in Bhojpur are worried after their maize crop has been damaged by an outbreak of fall armyworm, a kind of agricultural pest. The outbreak of the pest has been seen in Temkemaiyung, Pauwadung and Arun rural municipalities of the district.    

Ambulance drivers demand facilities at par with health workers

Saying ambulance drivers are at the highest risk of coronavirus, the Association demanded the authorities to arrange health insurance and other services and facilities at par with health workers as well as promptly ensure their coronavirus tests.

BOP established at Nechung, Mustang

CCMC decides to set up 100-bed isolation wards in Jaleshwor

The district level COVID-19 crisis management centre (CCMC) has decided to set up a 50-bed isolation ward at Pipara health post in Pipara rural municipality and a 50-bed isolation ward at Bardibas municipality following the detection of 17 coronavirus infected cases in the district headquarters, Jaleshwor on Thursday.
