Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Nanda Singh Buda and Minister for Social Development Dal Rawal had taken the lead to provide the essential equipment to the District Hospital at the time when COVID-19 patients were risking their lives across the country in lack of ventilators in the treatment facilities.

CM Poudel tests positive for COVID-19

The District Hospital, Parbat, has started producing oxygen, which is used during major surgeries. In the past, the hospital had to refer patients to elsewhere for want of oxygen.    

COVID-19 patient dies in BPKHS   

A coronavirus infected person died in BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKHS) early this morning.The BPKHS said that the 83-year-old man from Inaruwa in Sunsari district passed away at 2:10 am in course of treatment.

The National Examination Board has said that a different arrangement would be made for the Covid-19 infected 12th graders. The 12th graders are scheduled to sit for their examinations from November 24 to December 1.

Woman dies of coronavirus infection in Chitwan  

One more person has died of coronavirus infection in Chitwan. The deceased is a 33-year-old woman from Shuklagandaki Municipality, Tanahu district and currently living in Hetauda-5, Makawanpur. She died at 6.15 am today at Bharatpur Hospital.
