Students of Janata Secondary School at Laxmipur Patari rural municipality-5 of Siraha district have padlocked the school, demanding to provide salary to teachers. 

Truck hit kills rickshaw puller 

A rickshaw puller died after a truck hit him at Nawalpur of Hetauda Sub-Metropolis-11 early this morning. The dead one is Khemlal Shrestah, 36, from Hetauda Sub-Metropolis-11, according to District Police Office.

Justice prevails with SC verdict: Leader Pande

School closed after teachers, students fall sick   

The Dhuli Secondary School of Saipal Rural Municipality-4 has been closed for some days after the teachers and students suddenly fell sick. Assistant principal at the school Dhan Bahadur Bista Bhote informed that the teachers and students suffered from cough, fever, throat ache and nausea. The students from Grade 6 to 9 showed such symptoms.    

'SC verdict historic in terms of jurisprudence, constitutionalism'
