Works ongoing to construct access road to the intake of Melamchi Water Supply Project

Works are in the progress to reopen access to the Melamchi Water Supply Project site at Ambathan of Sindhupalchowk. The approach road for the project has remained disrupted for around three months after the June 15 major flood damaged it.    

Pokhara paragliding operators preparing to resume service very soon

Preparations are going on to resume paragliding in Pokhara after five months of the closure of services. According to Nepal Airsports Association (NAW) chair Krishna Bhandari, it is prepared to resume the service with the government decision to lift the prohibitory order against COVID -19 pandemic.

Two bills approved 

The today's meeting of the House of Representatives has approved two bills. The meeting approved the Finance Bill, 2078 and the Bill to Mobilize Internal Loans, 2078, proposed by Finance Minister Janardan Sharma.
