PM lauds goodwill solidarity expressed in UK   

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that he was encouraged by the goodwill and solidarity expressed in the UK Parliament towards Nepal on various occasions. "It is a warm reminder that Nepal had great friends in difficult times," he said.

The Election Commission of Nepal is going to launch a special campaign to collect the names of eligible voters for the upcoming local level election. The team deployed by the Commission at the local level will prepare the list of the eligible voters prior to the announcement of the election as per the legal mandate.
