Palpa health post struggling without workforce   

A health post at rural Nisdi rural municipality-3 in the district is struggling to deliver service for want of human resources.     Despite having a quota of seven employees, the health post is now making do with only four including an auxiliary health worker and an auxiliary nurse midwife.
