Kathmandu, Feb 6 : A youth died in a road accident that took place at Butwal Sub-metropolitan-2 Tinau Bridge. The deceased has been identified as Basu Acharya, 30, of Sandhikharka Municipality-1, Arghakhanchi, according to the Lumbini province Traffic Police Office.
The accident took place when a jeep (Ba 19 Cha 9157) heading from east to west hit a motorcycle (Lu 24 Pa 2757) coming from the opposite direction. Acharya, who was critically injured in the collision, died at Lumbini Provincial Hospital last night, police said.
