Kathmandu, May 26: Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba on Tuesday called a meeting of the sitting and former office bearers of the party’s Central Working for Wednesday to discuss the latest political development in the country.
The meeting will be held at party president Deuba’s Budhanilkantha residence 9.00am
NC chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel informed that the meeting would discuss the current political development and the party’s 14th general convention.
The meeting is called at a time when Deuba along with other 145 lawmakers registered a petition in the Supreme Court demanding that Deuba be appointed Prime Minister and the House of Representatives be reinstated.
