By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 1: A six-point agreement has been made between the government and the Thaurhat/Tharuwan Joint Struggle Committee.
As per the agreement, initiatives will be taken as per the constitution and the laws for release of and withdrawal of cases against Dhaniram Chaudhary, Resham Lal Chaudhary and Laxman Lal Chaudhary who accused of Tikapur incident in course of Tharuhat/Tharuwan movement.
The 3-member government talks team was led by Lilanath Shrestha, minister for law while the talks team of the Tharuhat/Tharuwan was led by Rukmani Chaudhary.
