Kathmandu, Sept 21: The Nepali National Cricket Team has returned home today from Oman after playing triangular one-day series under ICC World Cup Cricket League-2.
Office-bearers of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) well-wishers welcomed the team at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Nepal had won two and lost two matches in the series. Nepal has become successful to make a historic win, defeating Oman by seven wickets in the final match held on Sunday.
Before this, Nepal won the match against the United States of America (USA) by five wickets in the first match of the series while Oman defeated Nepal by five wickets in the second match.
Similarly, the USA defeated Nepal by six wickets in the third match. Nepal, USA, Oman, Scotland, Namibia, United Arab Emirates and Papua New Guinea are in League-2. Nepal is in the fourth position in League 2 by collecting eight points in eight matches.
