Kathmandu, Nov. 27: Home Minister and Nepali Congress leader Bal Krishna Khand on Saturday claimed it would be easy to implement the constitution and strengthen democracy in the country when the NC becomes strong.
Rule of law would be implemented in the country under the leadership of the NC, he maintained while addressing the Rupandehi district convention declaration assembly of the NC in Bhairahawa. "If the NC becomes weak, not only people but also the democratic norms and values, the constitution and fundamental rights of people will be weak."
On the occasion, newly elected NC president in the locality Ram Krishna Khand urged the elected party members, party leaders and cadres to work in a way to make the NC victorious in coming elections.
