Kathmandu, Dec. 11: Nepali National Cricket Team’s ex-Captain Paras Khadka has tested positive for coronavirus. Noted cricketer Khadka shared this information through social media some hours back.
Former captain Khadka underwent PCR test this morning. He was diagnosed with coronavirus today.
He was on his preparation to attend the Gautam Buddha Cup Cricket Tournament to commence in Chitwan on Saturday. With this he has come to a condition to miss playing the cricket championship.
Now Khadka is staying at home isolation as per the advice of the doctor. He further shared that he was in a normal health condition.
Earlier, Nepali cricket team Captain Gyanendra Malla, Sandeep Lamichhane, Vice-captain Deependra Singh Aire, Rohit Kumar Poudel and Basanta Regmi had contracted the virus. All the cricketers had contracted the virus during the closed-door session.
