Kathmandu, Nov. 19: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) will organise Nepal Premier League (NPL). However, the exact date for the NPL is yet to be set. A virtual annual general meeting of the CAN on Wednesday took a decision in this regard.
Under the ownership of the CAN, the central working committee has been assigned the responsibility to proceed ahead with the NPL contract, said the CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand.
The general meeting passed the annual auditing report of the CAN from the fiscal year, 2070/71 BS to 2075/76 BS. CAN has decided to assign ABS & Associates to carry out the auditing for the FY 2076/77.
The assembly has directed the central working committee to make budget and programmes for the FY, 2077/78 BS, and make a five-year strategic plan and submit it to the International Cricket Council.
