Kathmandu, Jan 25: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Devendra Poudel has directed Tribhuvan University to get the examination results of the students on time.
Minister Poudel, who reached the Examination Control Office in Balkhu today to monitor the situation, directed to get the results of the students in time without making any excuse.
"Students have complained that they have not been able to attend exams in some vacancies. When the results are not published, the students are deprived of that opportunity. Get the results from the 'fast track'," he said.
"Get temporary staff from the service commission and complete the work of the service recipients on time," said the Minister. Stating that there are many complaints of students in the humanities faculty, the Minister urged the staff to pay attention to work without any complaints.
Controller of Examinations Pushparaj Joshi informed the Minister that the results could not be released on time due to a lack of human resources.
Meanwhile, Controller of Examinations Joshi said that the results would be released within three months after the examination if there was sufficient human resource.
He admitted that out of 224 employees in the Office of the Controller of Examinations, only 137 were working.
