By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 29: The decision taken by the Chief District Officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur on April 26 to impose prohibitory order has been effective from today.
Along with the enforcement of prohibitory order to break the chain of the spread of coronavirus, people's mobility has come to a halt and the Valley has worn a deserted look.
