By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 19: Owing to the increasing threat of the spread of COVID-19, the New Bus Park at Gongabu has worn a deserted look despite the beginning of the Dashain festival.
Even though the bus park resumed its services a month ago, after being shut for six months due to the COVID-19 scare, all the empty buses are still waiting for passengers.
In the previous years, Dashain used to be the peak season for the Gongabu bus park and it used to be an uphill battle for passengers to get bus tickets on time.
Here are some photos clicked by our photojournalist Sujan Gurung of the ever so busy bus park coming to a standstill.
