By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 20: The first ‘Monday’ of Shrawan is considered to be highly auspicious for the Hindu devotees.
Many Hindu women observe fasting on this day, to show devotion to Lord Shiva. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, temples have remained closed since March 24.
Many religious places are far less crowded this year compared to the previous years.
Today being the first Monday of the holy month of Shrawan, many Hindu women marked it worshipping the Pashupatinath from outside the temple premises.
